Assessment
$120 per 50 min session ($25 for each additional 15 mins)
Fitness, Golf Fitness, Strength and Metabolic Classes
1 session: $45
4 sessions: $160 ($40 each)
8 sessions: $280 ($35 each)
12 sessions: $360 ($30 each)
24 sessions: $600 ($25 each)
One-on-One Golf Fitness Training, or Personal Training Sessions
$105 per 50 min session ($25 for each additional 15 min.)
Sessions expire one year from purchase date.
Two-on-One Partner Personal Training Sessions (with a friend, a spouse or other clients):
$65 each per 50 min session
Three-on-One Personal Training Sessions (ask to join with other clients)
$60 each per 50 min session
Development of Home Exercise Program
Two-session minimum: $275 for package; pay and schedule with Leah or Debbi.
- Session 1: (50 minutes @$150): We perform an assessment, discuss available equipment or exercise setting, and establish goals
- Session 2: (50 minutes @ $125): We will implement the program and provide a Zoom recording to help to reinforce proper form and purpose of the exercises. Sessions expire one year from purchase date.
Kinesio Taping®
Assessment and taping: $25 per body part ($15 additional body part) Repeat applications with studio tape: $15 (body part has already been assessed); $10 if client provides the kinesiotape.
