All exercise programs start with a thorough understanding of an individual’s needs. Your assessment includes:

Strength and Metabolic Training – Class
Small 50-minute training classes online or in the studio designed to increase strength and metabolism.  Includes strength days on Mondays and Thursdays and metabolic days on Tuesdays and Fridays.

Golf Fitness Training – Class
Small 50-minute training classes online or in the studio that includes stability, mobility, and balance exercises. Workouts are designed by a Titleist Performance Institute certified fitness professional to correct muscle imbalances and improve strength.

Fitness Training – Class
Small 50-minute training that includes strengthening, stretching, balance, and metabolism. Appropriate for age groups.  Workouts modified to meet clients needs.

Personal Training
One-on-one 50-minute personal training to help with specific injuries, conditions, golf fitness, or personal fitness goals that may require even more specialized attention.

Semi-Personal Training
One, two, three, four or five individual personal training for 50-minute  online or in the studio designed to address individual goals, but with a smaller group.

Kinesio Taping®
Do you have a body part that hurts? We can tape it. We’ll assess your mechanics or painful motions and then apply Kinesio Tape® to:
• correct the function
• correct the position
• relieve the pressure
• support the area
• relieve the pain

Kinesio Taping® helps with:
Ankle sprains, knee pain, lower back pain, neck pain, hamstrings strains, plantar fasciitis, tennis elbow, golfer’s elbow, upper back pain, shoulder pain, dislocations, arthritic joints, bruises, bunions, hammertoes, and more.
