My participation in the field of physical therapy began in 1989. It has been a longtime passion of mine to restore functional movement in others. My understanding and skills have continued to deepen — academically through a doctoral education as well as clinically through diligent practice and continuing education. The joy of movement is restored by eliminating dysfunction and strengthening corrected movement patterns. I am devoted to facilitating that process and supporting my clients as they work toward their goals. Pain-free movement can have a global impact on people’s lives. I strive to see my clients carry themselves and move as if they received an “owner’s manual” for their body.

I maintain my fitness to enhance the time I spend with my husband and three children. As a family, we enjoy cycling, whitewater rafting, running, hiking, Pilates, and reading.

Debbi K. K. Omizo Banis, MA, CSCS, CKTP, TPI Certified

I began training in 1993 and discovered I could help people become stronger and more flexible through exercise. In addition, I have worked in the field of physical therapy since 1994 and learned that I could lessen aches and pains through exercise. From these experiences, I know that many injuries can be prevented through proper body mechanics, correction of postural imbalance, and body awareness. I have a vision to help all postural imbalances and to see people lead pain-free, empowered lives. I have a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University in Physical Education with Sports Science Emphasis and a master’s degree from San Diego State University in Exercise Physiology. I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Certified Golf Fitness Specialist Level 2 and TPI Certified Power Golf Fitness Specialist Level 2, and a Certified Kinesio Taping® Practitioner (CKTP) through Kinesio Taping® Association International (KTAI).

When I am not training clients, I spend my time with my husband, my two kids, bicycling, riding a Harley, playing basketball, golfing, playing ukulele, riding a wakeboard, and shopping on Amazon.


Liz L. Biocca, CPI

Liz graduated from the University of Arizona with a degree in marketing in 1996. Physical fitness and athletic performance have been top priorities since her days playing year-round soccer in high school. She discovered Pilates over ten years ago, prior to having her first child, and used it after the birth of each of her three children to achieve the top physical condition needed to compete in several marathons and half marathons. She is a graduate of the Polestar Pilates method and is PMA (Pilates Method Alliance) certified. Outside of practicing and teaching Pilates, she enjoys yoga, biking, hiking, running, swimming, and orchestrating life with her husband and three children.
